Media Release - Public Assistance Needed to Identify Burglary Suspects

The Mesa Police Department is seeking any assistance to help identify residential burglary suspects.

On December 5, 2014, Mesa Police began investigating a set of six residential burglaries in the area of Broadway Road to Southern Avenue and Val Vista Drive to Greenfield Road.. The suspects forced their way into multiple homes stealing electronics, guns, cash and jewelry. Only one victim reported being at home when the suspects attempted an entry. That victim scared the burglars off and they fled the scene. Other witnesses reported having these suspects knock on their door asking for directions.

The suspects were described as follows:

#1- Hispanic male 18-years-old, wearing a T-shirt with "Industrial" on it.
#2- Hispanic male 18-years-old, wearing a gray hoodie sweater.
Vehicle description: Dark colored 4-door vehicle (possibly Nissan Altima) with spoiler and 5-spoke wheels. This vehicle was seen on this incident and also another similar incident on December 11, 2014.

Mesa detectives have not been able to identify the suspects. Anyone with information is encouraged to contact Silent Witness at 480-Witness (480-948-6377) or 1-800-343-8477.
