Attempt to Identify Armed Robbery Suspect

On July 6, 2014 at 8:16pm, officers responded to the CVS located at 9152 E. Brown Road in reference to an armed robbery. Upon arrival, officers learned a male suspect had walked into the CVS at 7:44pm, selected several items, approached the register, lifted his shirt displaying a handgun and told the clerk to open the register. The suspect was alone inside the store and the clerk placed money from the register into a CVS bag along with the items the male had selected.

The male suspect exited teh store and got into the driver's seat of a silver 4-door car, which was backed into a parking spot on the south side of the CVS. According to a witness, the male started the vehicle, leading us to believe he was likely alone in the car. The vehicle was seen leaving westbound on Brown Road.

The suspect is described as a White male, early 20s, 5'6" tall, 160 lbs. with short brown hair. Last seen wearing a black baseball hat with white writing or emblem on the front, black T-shirt with long-sleeved navy blue shirt or jacket draped over his back, baggy blue jeans and white shoes. Vehicle used is a silver or grey, 4-door, possibly newer model Honda Accord with no distinguishing features.
